2️⃣ Save up to 4% with a Manual Booking

Prefer to save even more? Instead of completing your booking via the calendar, fill out the short form below and we’ll send you a secure Quickbooks invoice to pay via ACH for 4% off the nightly rate in the calendar.

• Avoid all Airbnb and VRBO platform fees.

• ACH Payments save an additional 4% on the nightly rates in the calendar.

• Credit Card payments save approximately 1% on the nightly rates provided in the calendar.

🪪 After your reservation is confirmed, we will:

• Request secure identity verification using a government-issued photo ID and selfie.

• Send our vacation rental agreement for electronic signature.

• Securely collect a $500 refundable damage deposit before check-in.

• Please note — these important pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in access information is released.
